An office building on the canal's edge
PDA Architecture presents its refurbishment project for a 3,900 m² building at 187/189 quai de Valmy in Paris, near the Saint-Martin Canal. Located in a rapidly changing part of eastern Paris, the building will be converted into a contemporary office complex.
Offices, services, and green spaces
The project brings together redesigned offices, shared services and landscaped outdoor spaces with views of the Sacré-Cœur. Planning permission has been granted and works will begin shortly.
