PDA Architecture renovates, restructures, refurbishes and vertically extends office buildings and hotels in Paris and its inner suburbs. Each project is a bespoke response, delivered by three complementary practices: architecture, interior architecture and works supervision.
Our digital culture (BIM, 3D scanning, parametric design) and our low-carbon approach allow us to make the most of existing buildings, from feasibility to handover.

PDA's assignments range from design to works supervision (full architectural services), as well as advisory and expertise. Design is always the result of collaborative work, and each project is conceived in its own singular way.
At PDA, mastering both design and execution is essential. We provide works supervision (DET) as well as scheduling, management and coordination (OPC).
