Environmental quality of buildings

Our ambition is to create buildings in which people can live and work in premises that are more comfortable, more economical and more respectful of the environment and of their occupants’ health, today and tomorrow.

1

Bio-based and local materials

To reduce the building's environmental footprint, we favour bio-based and locally sourced materials during renovation and fit-out. The studio also works with French craftspeople.

2

Low carbon

The studio pays close attention to reducing the carbon footprint throughout the building’s life, from design to demolition, including construction, the works phase and the materials used.

3

Reuse

The circular economy and waste reduction are an integral part of the studio's projects.

4

Environmental performance, certifications

All architectural and technical choices aim for genuine environmental performance. Intelligent, holistic renovation enables the building to obtain certifications such as BREEAM or HQE.
