Before the first spade breaks ground, PDA builds the site virtually. The digital model makes it possible to plan each task in space and time, anticipate clashes and organise logistics before the teams even arrive on site.
A digital avatar shared by all
During the works, all parties (contractors, engineers, the client) work on this digital avatar of the building. This technical approach makes the studio the guarantor of the architectural project, from design through to delivery.
The site 2.0
We bring digital onto the site: monitoring, steering, coordination, everything goes through the model. The site becomes a direct extension of the digital model, and not the other way round.
