A through-building spanning two eras
The construction of the OnMars project, located at 43 avenue Marceau in Paris, in the Central Business District, is progressing. This 1,600 m² through-building, which connects avenue Marceau to rue Jean Giraudoux, combines a Haussmannian façade with a 1970s-style façade.
Refurbishment and timber vertical extension
The project consists of a complete refurbishment and a timber vertical extension, designed to create high-end offices and homes with terraces and views of the Eiffel Tower and Paris.
The origin of the name OnMars
The project name, “OnMars”, refers to the extension of the existing building (“On”) on avenue Marceau (“Mars”). The project is being carried out in collaboration with RAISE.
