Transformation of three office floors at the heart of Paris's 9th arrondissement for Gecina. How can these spaces be enhanced and renovated to recover the charm of the Haussmannian building? Solid wood parquet, fireplaces and plaster mouldings are revealed once again: meticulous restoration work that the practice has been carrying out for several years now.
