Located in the La Muette district, these offices, spread over five levels, comprise 20 offices, a meeting room, a reception room on the first floor, a former garage, a small courtyard and storage spaces in the basement. The planned works include façade restoration, metalwork, zinc roofing, window replacement, roof refurbishment, the creation of roof windows and the treatment of the chimneys. Renovation of the boiler room and smoke extraction for the staircases are also planned to ensure the safety and well-being of occupants.
